You can take either morning or night, not both.
Day time usage: use for brain fog, blood flow, antioxidant, cholesterol and sugar balance and has a detoxification effect. Can also cause cell death in cancer cells and reduce tumours. Especially colon and breast cancer.
Night time usage: it can induce lucid dreams, astral travel and is often referred to as a “third eye” activator that aids in pineal gland decalcification.
